A CATLINS COMPLAINT.

TO THE EDITOR. Sib, — I see by your report of last meetiug of Clutha County Council that the council appointed a ranger to keep the roads clear of all animals which were becoming a nuisance. I hope the ranger will get instructions to "run in" the four men, who were working on Wyber's road, who made a practice of stripping naked on, the road line two or three chains from the front of the Catling school, and bathing during the dinner hour, making themselves a nuisance to the lady teacher and her scholars. Worse conduct could : not be expected from the Heathen Chinees. — I am, &c, Pabent.
