Injection for BLE Cap.
The risk capital financier BLE Capital, said it had received a sAust2s million (SNZ32M) equity injection from its two shareholders — Westpac Banking Corporation and 3i Group Pic. BLE’s managing director, Mr Harold Tilley, said Westpac (60 per cent shareholding) had contributed sAustlsM (SNZI9M) and 3i (40% shareholding) sAustloM (SNZI3M). Westpac had provided BLE with a three-year facility to borrow up to sAust22s (SNZ296M) by 1992. :
