Several Anglican . Church appointments i have been announced by - the Bishop of Christchurch, the Right Rev. * Maurice Goodall. The vicar of Cashmere, the Rev. Ross Allen, has been appointed archdeacon of the newlycreated archdeaconry of South-West Christchurch and Banks Peninsula. The principal of Biship Julius Hall, the Rev. Mar- ■ garet Wood, has been appointed archdeacon for extra parochial clergy. > This includes those chap- ’’ lains who work outside - parishes such as prison 1 and hospital chaplains. The vicar-elect of St ■'* Peters Church, Riccarton, the Rev. Philip Robinson, *•> has been appointed arch- ' deacon of the West, t The former vicar of *> Opawa, the Rev.
