Westland judicial inquiries
Neil ’ Coulbeck, the Amberley trainer of Medway Queen, was fined $5O after the horse was declared a late scratching at the Westland meeting on Saturday. Coulbeck had failed to produce a registration certificate for the horse which was having its first start.
Les Didham was . fined $5O as a result of a charge of careless riding when Riverain caused interference to Tri Lyric in the Freighters Novice. Extra Plus was declared a late scratching' from the Tramway. Handicap after refusing to enter his stall. His connections were warned a repetition could result in the horse being recommended for schooling list
