Cassidy riding at Riverton
The in-form northern jockey, Larry Cassidy, will ride at Riverton, at the Southland meeting, which was postponed at Ascot Park (Invercargill) on Saturday, after one race, today.'
Cassidy will mainly ride horses that Raymond Bruce had been engaged for, including Southern Night, Me Pat Malone, Treacherous, Ultra Sound, Nonesuch, Lara Jane, Scentemento, Woodsreef and La Barak. Bruce has returned north to ride on the second day of the Westland fixture today.
