Gunn not seeking seat
Mr Bob Gunn will not stand for re-election to the board of Goodman Fielder Wattie, the GFW chairman, Mr Pat Goodman, announced in the company's annual report. On October 19, Mr Gunn announced his retirement from the board of Elders Resources NZFP “for personal reasons.” This was soon after criminal charges were brought against him and other former Prorada Properties directors over alleged breaches of the Securities and Companies Acts.
