The course will commence on February 5,1990. A total 1 of 16 student places are available for this programme. Students will receive instruction in theory and a wide range of horticultural skills. Students are eligible to apply for a Tertiary Assistance Grant. The special focus of this programme will be on training and skills suited to Nelson Horticulture Industry with Fruit Production focusing on pipfruit and kiwifruit. The training and skills will be directed towards employment.
