Drug-related problems
PA Wellington Up to 75 per cent of the “clients” of the justice system are experiencing alcohol or drug-related problems, the Alcoholic Liquor Advisory Council says.
In its annual report tabled in Parliament yesterday, A.L.A.C. said because of resource restraints many agencies were significantly reducinofcservices to this client gnyup.
