Charteris Bay wins
The Cowlishaw Cup women’s teams’ golf event, played at Shirley yesterday, was won by Charteris Bay with a net aggregate of 164. A Rawhiti pairing of Mesdames A. Barrow and J. Bedford won the individuals’ contest for the Country Cup with a net 78. The Manuhiri Cup, for Christchurch club members, went to Misses R. Weston and G. Boag.
