Six golden retrievers, all from the same litter, at the Tux National Dog Show in Wellington. The 23-month-old sisters, which competed in the junior bitch class, were bred by Mrs Margaret Hean and her husband, Mr David Hean, of Christchurch. The sire and dam are both national grand champions. With the dogs (from left) are their owners, Mrs Anne-Marie Whitley, Mrs Louise Brown, Mrs Glyness Taylor, Mrs Margaret Hean, and her brother-in-law, Mr John Hean. Two of the retrievers were placed in their class.
