Pasminco profit
Zinc and lead producer, Pasminco, said high zinc prices and streamlining its operations helped it report a maiden net profit of sAustl63.33 million (SNZ2IO.7M) for the year ended June. Pasminco, a joint venture between CRA and North Broken Hill Peko, said profit would have been higher but the Australian dollar rose to USBIC from US73c the previous year.
