Westmex U.K. offer
Westmex Ltd’s 56 per cent owned U.K. listed subsidiary, Charterhall, Pic, has announced a £8.7 million (5NZ23.29M) take-over offer for troubled clothing manufacturer, Textured Jersey, Pic, but its success is already assured. And Westmex says the purchase price will be fully recouped within six months. The 218 p a share offer has already received 63.8 per cent acceptances and has been recommended
