Addington market Fat cattle prices up

Cattle prices were up on last week but sheep prices eased at yesterday’s store and fat stock sale at Addington.

Agents reported fat cattle prices were about $4O higher than last week with a smaller yarding of prime cattle selling well. Good butcher quality sold up to $3.20 a kilogram. Prime sheep started well but the prices eased by $2 compared with last week as the sale progressed. Prime pigs Values for a small yarding
