Godinet twins die
Premature twin baby boys fathered by a murder victim, Mark Godinet, died in Wellington this week. A private family funeral for the twins was held at Makara yesterday. The baby boys were born four months prematurely at Wellington Women’s Hospital on Monday, One, Jarelle, was stillborn. His brother Sha-Marc lived only 2*/ 2 hours. They were buried with their father, the basketbailer Mark Godinet, who was murdered outside his Newtown house on May 26. Their mother, Sinai Ahia, in her early 20s, is still in hospital.—PA.
