A.C.C. for all over 60. One stroke of toe legislative pen would end Government worries over superannuation for ever. The Government could pay a once-only subsidy for every termination carried out on the A.C.C. That would be a nice little earner for hospitals, freezing works and mortuaries. If toe operation showed a profit it could be privatised. Some big international, perhaps the Chinese with all .their experience of student slaughter, would be perfect Mr Caygill should amend his Budget so that -we can all sleep safe in our beds knowing that he has our money at heart; excepting of course, things like toe Clyde Dam.
