TAKE NOTICE that the liquidators of Kinetic Investment Services (New Zealand) Limited ("Kinetic") PAUL RICHARD PRESTON and JOHN ANTHONY WALLER ("the applicants”) have made application to the High court at Auckland SEEKING ORDERS: (i) Declaring and determining the legal entitlement to the funds held by or under the control of Kinetic; (ii) Declaring or determining the order of priority as to the payment of funds held by or under the control of Kinetic, (ili) Declaring or determining the order of priority as to the payment of the assets of Kinetic or the funds held by or under the control of Kinetic of the costs, charges and eexpenses Incurred in the winding up. NAD FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the Court has ordered that: (i) Any person who wishes to be heard in the proceedings shall file an address for postal service and serve a copy of the address for service on the applicants not less than seven (7) days before the Judicial conference to be held at 2.15 p.m. on Thursday the 27th day of July, 1989.
