Japanese to tour
The Japanese women’s national hockey team will tour New Zealand in July, the New Zealand Hockey Federation announced at its board meeting in Wellington yesterday. The itinerary is: July 2, v. Canterbury at Christchurch; July 2, v. Otago at Christchurch; July 15 and 16, v. New Zealand in Wellington; July 18, v. Bay of Plenty in Rotorua; July 19, Waikato in Hamilton; July 20, v. Northland at Whangarei; July 22 and 23, v. New Zealand in Auckland.
