Tickets selling fast
PA Auckland Tickets for the first test between New Zealand and Australia in Auckland are selling briskly, netball officials said yesterday. The test, the first of three in this year’s Milo series, will be at Chase Stadium on April 26, and tickets went on sale at the week-end. In last year’s series between New Zealand and Trinidad-Tobago, hundreds of disappointed fans were turned away when tickets for the Auckland game sold out almost a week early. Tickets are expected to be even more sought after this year because of traditional trans-Tasman rivalry, and the Australians’ desire to gain revenge for their loss of the world crown to New Zealand in 1987.
