Westpac sale
Westpac Banking Corp has sold its mortgage insurance business to Sun Alliance Mortgage Insurance for an undisclosed sum. Westpac managing director Stuart Fowler said the sale completed the bank’s general insurance restructuring operations announced in November last year.
