Ceramco purchase
PA Wellington Ceramco Corp’s hospitality and catering company, Gibsons and Paterson (Australia) Pty, Ltd, has acquired all the shares in its associated company, Currey (Qld) Pty, Ltd. The acquisition takes
effect on April 1 and would add about $5 million a year to group turnover, Ceramco said.
. Currey, previously 51 per cent owned, is a supplier of equipment and services to the hospitality and catering industry in the Cairns/Whitsunday area.
