Renouf Props $30M funding
PA Wellington Renouf Properties, Ltd, has announced a $3O million funding package which it says will ensure the completion of the Kirkcaldie and Stains redevelopment in central Wellington.
The new package, which replaces earlier funding facilities, was arranged by the merchant bankers, Fay Richwhite, and has been raised from
Southstate Corporate Finance,
Construction of the SSOM Kirkcaldie project began in May, 1987 and was proceeding well ahead of schedule, Renouf said.
Meanwhile, Ariadne Australia, Ltd, has been cleared by the Commerce Commission to buy up to 100 per cent of Renouf Corporation,
