Grey way Grey Advertising, Inc., said
it has acquired a substantial equity interest in Wood and Mitchell, a New Zealand advertising agency with offices in Auckland and Wellington. The new agency would trade as Grey-New Zealand. Centaur loan Centaur Mining and Exploration has negotiated a sAust72.4 million ($NZ96.3 million) gold loan facility to develop its Lady Bountiful gold project, and refinance existing debts. Centaur chairman Joe Gutnick said Centaur would use $65.8 million of the facility, obtained from merchant bank Kleinwort Benson Australia, and would repay the loan with 146,000 ounces of gold over seven years.
