Mrs Karen McMurray, who won the Village Jaycee Easter Bride Contest, which was held in the Limes Room of the Christchurch Town Hall last evening. Thirty-nine brides, who were married between Easter, 1988, and Easter, 1989, entered the contest. About 350 people attended the function, which raised money for Village Jaycee’s leadership and development programmes.
