1:4 rights issue
Charterhall, Pic, the British investment vehicle of Australian businessman Russell Goward, has announced a one-for-four rights issue to raise £18.7 million (SNZS3.4M). The renounceable issue was to reduce group borrowings and fund further acquisition.
