Lonrho’s chief executive. Tiny Rowland, has joined the small band of British corporate leaders who are paid more than £1 million (SNZ2.9 million) a year. The U.K.based conglomerate's annual report showed that Mr Rowland’s salary and benefits in the year to last September jumped from £656,251 ($NZ1,875,003) to £1,015,051 ($NZ2,900,145) — an increase of 54.7 per cent.
