I.H.C. appeal
More than one million collection envelopes are being distributed to 22 postal districts this week in preparation for the annual I.H.C. appeal. The Society for the Intellectually Handicapped appeal on Monday aims for more than $1.25 million to help maintain series for handicapped and adults.—PA.
