Ceramco stake
Ceramco Corp told the Stock Exchange it had acquired a further 2 per cent of ordinary shares in Baycorp Holdings, taking its total shareholding to 14.5 per cent. The 1,491,232 shares were bought at prices ranging from $1.14 to $1.22.
