This position is at senior management level, will report to the deputy general manager, and be based in Dunedin. The Manager Marketing Services will have responsibility for the development, implementation and administration of a sound marketing strategy, which will ensure the growth of funds and profitability of Trust Bank Otago Limited, and will also complement the overall marketing strategy of the Trust Bank Group. The person we require will: (a) Have an appropriate tertiary qualification, with proven experience in the marketing field, preferably within the financial sector. (b) Have previous experience at middle or senior management. (c) Be a clear, concise and confident communicator and be able to mix with and relate to all types of people. (d) Be highly motivated and goal orientated with ability to motivate others to achieve objectives. (e) Be able to travel on occasion, reside away from normal place of residence when required, and work extended hours when necessary. A competitive remuneration package will be offered.
