Maori Int. reports improved profit

PA Wellington Maori International has reported a net profit of $59,809 for the year ended March 31, compared with $43,115 the previous year. The operating profit was $67,959 ($50,152 previous) from which was deducted holdingcompany costs of $Bl5O ($7037). Reporting this, the chairman, Sir Graham Latimer, said that for the four months since balance date, net profit was just over $40,000, “so we should show a further substantial improvement, with a very good return on funds.” Maori International began business in 1985.
