GLENTUNNEL RECREATION RESERVE DEVELOPMENT LOAN 1988$60,000 NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER NOTICE IS HEREBY given that in exercise of the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1974 and the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and amendments thereto and any other enabling Act, Regulation or Authority, the Malvern County Council at a meeting held on the 2nd day of September 1988 resolved by way of Special Order to borrow the sum of Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000) by way of a loan to be known as the Glentunnel Recreation Reserve Development Loan 1988 - $60,000. THE OBJECT AND PURPORT of the proposed loan is for the purpose of financing part of the amenities block construction costs at the Glentunnel Recreation Reserve. The term for which the said loan Is proposed to be raised shall not exceed 30 years and the security for such loan shall be a special rate of $0.000041815 In the dollar upon the rateable capital value of all property within the county of Malvern. A FULL COPY of the proposed Special Order is deposited at the office of the Malvern County Council, Darfleld and Is open to the Inspection of the public during normal office hours until 1.30 p.m. on Friday, October 7,1988. It Is hereby publicly notified that a poll of electors Is required to be taken if 15 per cent of the electors of the county of Malvern so demand by writing under their hands delivered or sent by post to the undersigned before 1.30 p.m. on the date fixed for the confirmation of the resolution.
