INL strike set
The strike price for Independent Newspapers, Limited, bonus shares in lieu of the interim dividend will be 364 c a share, the company said yesterday. The shares traded yesterday at 406 c a share. Kearns price Kearns Corporation, a Christchurch-based finance company, has set a strike price of 162 c for its bonus shares in lieu of dividend scheme. The shares last traded at 170 c a share.
