XS ‘don’t sell’
Directors of Palmerston North-based radio operator, XS Corporation, have issued a “don’t sell” notice to shareholders.
Negotiations were taking place which might affect the value of the shares, XS said. A further announcement would be
made within 10 days.
In August, XS bought a 66 per cent stake in Northland-based broadcaster and video distributor Normedia Corporation. The purchase was the first step stage of a restructure of the XS Corp-Normedia group, XS said at the time.
