Taxation charges
The motor dealer, Ron West Motors, faced charges in court yesterday of failing to make taxation returns. Ron West Motors (Otahuhu), Ltd, also owned by the company principal, Mr Tony Radisich, faces three counts of failing to submit taxation returns for 1985, 1986 and 1987. In the District Court at Auckland, Judge Duncan adjourned the matters to October 11 for formal proof after there was no appearance on behalf of the company. Ron West Motors and the “Fair Go” programme have battled over the showing of a proposed television feature.—PA. ■ <
