Latin Am. debt
Delegates from 20 Latin American countries addressing the poverty affecting 40 per cent of their population said the region’s foreign debt could riot be repaid in the current international economic relations. The present economics limited growth and development capacities. Observers from six industrial nations and 13 international bodies attended the conference on overcoming the conditions under which 170 M impoverished Latin Americans live.
