Roh remedy
A group of civil leaders have urged South Korean President, Roh Tae Woo, to allow financially troubled companies to go bankrupt as part of efforts to internationalise the country’s economy. The 25 professors, journalists, businessmen, economists, and various interest group leaders were commissioned by President Roh to draft South Korea’s economic restructuring plan to overhaul its export-driven economy. /
