Asthma stops show
“When the Cat’s Away” concert at the Theatre Royal on Saturday evening had to be postponed after one of the vocalists, Debbie Harwood, suffered a serious asthma attack. Harwood was taken to Wellington Hospital on Friday because of the attack, forcing the cancellation of that city’s show as well. The organisers hope that she will be fit enough
to join the four other women vocalists who front "When the Cat’s Away” for a rescheduled performance at the Theatre Royal tomorrow evening. However, the rescheduled date appears to be in doubt as Harwood was still in Wellington Hospital last evening. A hospital spokeswoman described Harwood’s condition as satisfactory.
