Holdcorp buy
Holdcorp Group has added further to its industrial manufacturing base with the acquisition of the business and selected asset of Dye Industries Consolidated, Ltd. The purchase, from Baker Industries, Ltd, is for an undisclosed cash sum and gives Holdcorp exclusive rights to the Dye name. Subject to statutory approval the company will be renamed Dye Engineering International.
