Microwave Specialists Cooking School earned a reputation as the leading school of its type in New Zealand. It has now been extended to incorporate a second school for conventional cooking which will teach all cooking methods. The Christchurch Cooking Academy aims to help the average New Zealand cook (male and female) become more creative cooks. Many specialist series of lessons will be held throughout the year.
