Paladin listings
Paladin Investments said its merger with Paladin International under the new holding company, Paladin, Ltd, took effect from Friday, July 15. This followed clearance by the New Zealand and Hong Kong High Courts of the respective schemes of arrangement under the Companies Act. Paladin, Ltd, would be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 20 and on the New Zealand Stock Exchange on July 21.
