Stud service to be won
A free service to new season sire, Knight and Deigh, will be won at the Nelson Trotting Club’s meeting this week-end. Those eligible for this prize must have runners in the Knight And Deigh Graduation series,\which is being sponsored by Max Bowden Racing and Breeding Stables. There will be four heats on the first day of the meeting, all standing starts over 2400 metres for CO pacers. The final, on the second day, is worth $6500 and will comprise the horses finishing first, second and third in the first day heats. The balance of the field will be selected from those which contested the heats. On Sunday morning the connections of horses in the final will participate in a draw for a free service to Knight And Deigh. Mr Bowden will also be oresenting a trophy to the winning owner, trainer and driver.
