Fletcher cleared
Fletcher Challenge Financial Services, Ltd, has received clearance from the Commerce Commission to acquire up to 100 per cent of Mutual Pacific Corp. Mutual Pacific is an Auckland-based investment group with a market capitalisation of about $22 million.
