Renouf house for sale
PA Wellington I Sir Frank RenouFs Sydney mansion, Paradis Sur Mer, the scene of public wrangles between Sir Frank and Lady Renouf late, last year, is up for auction. I ■
Sir Frank bought the Point Piper property in 1985.
It once belonged! to Lady Renouf’s second husband, the English pools tycoon, Robert Sangster.
The Australian magazine, the “Bulletin,”! reported this week in a
column by David McNlcoll that the house was up for auction. Mr McNicoll says Tolson d’or (the house’s former name) could sell before the auction if someone came up with “the appropriate level of loot” — thought to be about $2O million. The house was last year the centre of the much publicised estrangement between Sir Frank and Lady Renouf.
Lady Renouf placed a caveat on the house, which Sir Frank contested in the New South Wales Supreme Court.
