Cushla gets golf ace
Cushla Sullivan won ! Slew Zealand honours, national titles and a vast collection of provincial championships! in an illustrious ' amateur: golf career, but an achievement which had eluded her! until this week was a hole-in-one. That matter was rectifiqd at Shirley where Miss! Sullivan used a No. 7 iron oh the short third hole to register her first ace. The pressure was on her when she stood on the tee. Her three male playing partners had all put their tee shots within 3m df( the hole. Miss Sullivan, however, struck a telling blow for golfing women.
