Ballot for golfers
A ballot will be needed to determine the field for the national veteran women’s golf tournament at the Rangiora Club next month. It will be the first time the Rangiora club has hosted a national event and when entries closed recently more than 100 entries had been received. However, the tournament from March 14 to 17 will be restricted to 96 players. Entries have been received from as far afield as Auckland and Invercargill for the tournament, which has a minimum entry age of 55.
