Fastest filleters
New Zealand’s fish fil- >. . leters will again be trying to slice their way to viclory in the Qantas fish filleter of the year competition. The South Island regional finals, being held in Nelson at the end of the month, will lead up to a grand final also in Nelson, • on March 18. The event is promoted by the New Zealand Fishing ■ Industry Association and the New Zealand Fishing Industry Training Council, and is designed to enhance filleting skills. Thirty filleters will compete in the final.
