Peruvian dairy deal
Wellington reporter The Dairy Board has done a deal with Peru to supply nearly $5O million of dairy products. It is in the form of a tender with the Peruvian Government and is for the shipment of 16,500 tonnes of whole milk powder and 3000 tonnes of anhydrous milk fat during the year. During 1987, New Zealand exported a record $248 million worth of dairy products to Latin America.
