Mair goes fishing
PA Wellington Deep Cove Fisheries, a large catching and processing company in Timaru, will be sold to Mair Foods, a foodstuffs exporting subsidiary of Mair Astley.
Mr Brett Waterfield, the managing director of Mair Foods, said yesterday that his company had a contract to purchase Deep Cove and its subsidiaries and was awaiting the approval of the Commerce Commission.
