Potato research

Sir, —Maybe this is a prosaic subject, but true health and its resultant longevity are fundamentally simplistic, not "correctively scientific,” as alternatively and pervertedly accepted in a degenerate society. Irish, Scots and English settlers, sturdy men and women all, in taking over New Zealand’s soil produced vitamin-mineral life-sustaining potatoes, oats, wheat, fruit and healthy animals which thrived on three-year cycle fallowed fields. Maximum soil fertility resulted from chemical-free land, animal wastes, vermi-and-bacteriological nutrition. Soil, tree and atmospherically matured foods — no soil “scientists” required — produced a robust people fed on organically produced food. This with sweaty labour which ejected cellular wastes from the body. Over decades most natural processes have been destructively reversed, producing a species destined for premature extinction. No good health is inherent in chemical production, hurriedly harvested for early market profits and totally immature and unfit for human consumption.—Yours, etc., W. J. COLLINS. January 24, 1988.
