Racing goes on
PA Levin The eleventh National Landyacht Championships got underway at Waitarere Beach, north of Levin, yesterday. Despite light winds that threatened to cause a cancellation of the day’s racing, the first race started only an hour late. Six races, two in the men’s class five section and one in the other four sections, were completed in the light 8-knot winds. Results:— Men-class 5: Heat One: Bruce Wood
