Offender had cat
A black cat was tucked under the arm of a man who indecently exposed himself in Hagley Park on Tuesday evening. The incident occurred in front of two women near the tennis courts in the park about 8.15 p.m. Detective Senior-Ser-geant Colin Dalzell said the man came from behind a tree with a singleet pulled up to his face. His large white underpants and tan trousers were below his knees. The offender was European, aged 45 to 50 and about 183 cm (6ft) tall. He was of solid build with a protruding stomach. His hair was dark.
